Us
Founded in 2016 by David Toupin, we are an Austin Texas based real estate investment firm. We are focused on strategic real estate investments that provide quality housing and create risk adjusted returns for our investors and partners.

We have acquired over 1,400 apartments, multiple self-storage facilities, and 20,000 SF of commercial space in the last 6 years worth over $120M, with a track record of out-performing the market on every project we have done.

We have invested over $25M in outside investor capital and have distributed over $15M in cash flow and profits back to our investors in the past 6 years.

Acquisitions
We search growing markets and submarkets with strong rental demand for properties that have upside. 100% of our focus is on buying right. Value-add or not, you make money in real estate on the purchase, if you buy at the right price, you minimize your risk and maximize your profits. That is what we are experts at.

We mainly focus on multifamily and self-storage properties, but keep an eye open for any opportunity that will help us multiply our capital or provide strong cash flow.

Buying a property is just the first step. Our team of experienced asset managers is dedicated to outperforming our projections by any means necessary. We buy right, and we manage right. Close oversight leads to lower risk and higher profit margins for our investors.
